PARE “at Glance”

Every place, village, town, or city has their own history, including Pare. Pare is a nice place for studying English. Everyone comes to this place with many dreams and goes with one word! It is hard to forget pare especially the place, friends, cycle, teachers, etc. For students in course, Pare makes them always remember!

On geographical view, Pare is located in Kediri Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Pare is a town. It is exist very long time before Kediri became a regency. Pare is known as English Village at Tulungrejo district and it began since two decades ago.

Existence of pare has been giving contribution on for people to learn English efficiently. The first story of English in Pare is from Mr Kalend establishing BEC (Basic English course). Students come to Pare not only from Java  but also from the other islands in Indonesia and many educated people coming from some universities make Pare famous in Indonesia.   

Why do we study English in Pare?

It is very different studying English in Pare if we compare to the other cities. We know, English is commercial language now and many people waste their money to get English skill. As course place, Pare offers many excesses, like first, the fee of the course which is cheaper than the others encourage people to come. Second, people get good environment in supporting them to study English because they can choose English boarding house, speaking English all day long. Third, many programs are provided by every institution so people can study as their concentration to the program. Fourth, people need short time to study English. Sixth, people can choose programs provided like grammar, speaking, pronunciation, translation, writing, and TOEFL.

According to passage above, studying English in Pare has many advantages absolutely, Pare become wonderful place to learn English in short time. On the other hand, Pare also has a weakness like lack of English reading time .Student rarely read some English textbooks than practicing English itself.

Nowadays, Pare has a significant development, especially for its English Village in Tulungrejo. There are so many courses, such as ACCESS, BEC, The Daffodiles, Smart, etc., And figures: Mr.Kallen, Mr.Ramdan, Mr.Putut, Mr.Edi, Mr.Ten, etc., Camps: ACCESS, Marvelous, GLOBAL, Mahesa, etc. The students have a privilege in choosing  their  camps/classes which are believable, suitable with their needs and purposes, such as general English, speaking, writing, reading, Listening, translating, grammar, pronunciation, Expression, Idiom,TOEFL, IELTS, First Certificate, English Culture etc. However figures, courses, students, and alumnus contribute in Pare’s development recently.
